RaeAnne works with community change makers to bring visions to reality. She thrives in an environment of new ideas and uses her expertise to create strong foundations for those ideas to grow.
With expertise in organizational development, strategic and program planning, fund development, grant writing, and communications, RaeAnne has a particular interest in helping small organizations and young programs build, rebuild, or reorganize.
RaeAnne's work has spanned the spectrum of the non-profit world from healthcare, animal welfare, and social services to education, sport, and the arts. She has worked with over 120 organizations and helped raise tens of millions of dollars.
An active community volunteer, RaeAnne is is now past President of BC Artistic Swimming, the provincial sport organization for synchronized swimming in British Columbia, where she chaired the Executive, Governance, and Human Resources Committees. She has also been a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for Canada Artistic Swimming and led the Local Organizing Committee for the 2018 Synchro Canada World Series and Espoir National Championships in Surrey, a highlight in a lifetime of volunteer work which was recognized with Canada Artistic Swimming's 2018 Volunteer of the Year Award. Away from the pool, she was the tournament director the 2022 Western Challenge Cup Ball Hockey Championships, the largest ball hockey event in tournament history.
A graduate of Simon Fraser University, RaeAnne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Women’s Studies as well as a Certificate of Fundraising Management from Vancouver Community College.
