(formerly Pharos Fundraising Strategy + Communication)

RaeAnne Rose Consulting

Much has changed in 10 years since launching Pharos Fundraising Strategy + Communication and it was time to rebrand to reflect the scope of engagement we have with our clients. Now RaeAnne Rose Consulting, we continue to serve the non-profit community with the same passion for organizations doing good. With a wider strategic lens, we not only provide fund development services but help organizations become the game changers that we believe they can be.

RaeAnne Rose

RaeAnne Rose

RaeAnne works with community change makers to bring visions to reality. She thrives in an environment of new ideas and uses her expertise to create strong foundations for those ideas to grow.

With expertise in organizational development, strategic and program planning, fund development, grant writing, and communications, RaeAnne has a particular interest in helping small organizations and young programs build, rebuild, or reorganize.

RaeAnne's work has spanned the spectrum of the non-profit world from healthcare, animal welfare, and social services to education, sport, and the arts. As of the fall of 2018, she has worked with over 100 organizations and helped raise tens of millions of dollars.

An active community volunteer, RaeAnne is currently President of Synchro BC, the provincial sport organization for synchronized swimming in British Columbia, where she chairs the Executive, Governance, and Human Resources Committees. She has also been a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for Canada Artistic Swimming and led the Local Organizing Committee for the 2018 Synchro Canada World Series and Espoir National Championships in Surrey, a highlight in a lifetime of volunteer work which was recognized with Canada Artistic Swimming's 2018 Volunteer of the Year Award.

A graduate of Simon Fraser University, RaeAnne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Women’s Studies as well as a Certificate of Fundraising Management from Vancouver Community College.

“RaeAnne plans and executes a fundraising campaign with seeming effortlessness. She understands the needs of both donors and not-for-profits, and with just the right mix of professionalism and charm, she forges meaningful relationships between them. It was a pleasure working with RaeAnne."
